Roles & Responsibilities
- Advise and assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing various commercial transactions.
- Provide strategic guidance on the legal implications of business decisions and transactions.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate governance, commercial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including negotiations, arbitrations, and litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research, prepare legal documents, and draft contracts.
- Develop and implement tailored legal strategies and policies for diverse client needs.
- Offer specialized legal advice in fields such as real estate, immigration law, maritime law, intellectual property, technology, and data protection.
- Perform other related legal tasks as assigned to support the firm's operations.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
