Your Role:
- Champion for Clients: Prepare and file various applications with the Immigration Department
- Preparing and Filing application for Registration of Companies and individuals with the Tax Department
- Case Navigator: Monitor case progress and ensure timely submission of applications and supporting documents
- Organizational Guru: Maintain and organize client and case files
- Detail-Oriented Reviewer: Review of client-provided information and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients and various government departments to facilitate smooth processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Organizational Prowess: Strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
- Multitasker Extraordinaire: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a bustling environment.
- Problem Solver: Creative problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Linguistic Advantage: Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Experience: Prior experience dealing with the Immigration Department is a strong advantage, but we welcome both seasoned professionals and fresh graduates.
