Corporate Administrator (Paralegal) [Full-Time or Part-Time, On-Site]
We are seeking to recruit an experienced candidate for the position of Paralegal & Corporate Administrator to join our growing team.
Job Description
· Liaising with, preparing and filing applications with the Registrar of Companies in Cyprus.
· Ensuring compliance with AML/KYC requirements and reporting obligations.
· Addressing client enquiries.
· Apply for and Manage bank accounts with local and foreign banks.
· Prepare internal documentation such as resolutions/minutes, powers of attorney.
· Prepare and submit documents to relevant authorities
· Maintain various registers and databases for corporate documentation, trademarks, subscriptions, and more.
Required Skills & Experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
· Knowledge of Arabic or Russian will be considered an advantage.
· Very good knowledge of Google Office suite.
· Ability to work independently, to learn and adapt.
· Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
· High professional standards and work ethic.
· Reliability and Discretion, Initiative, Organizational Skills.
