G. & A. Ladas LLC is looking to recruit a Litigation Secretary/Office Administrator. The job offer is for full-time employment (part-time employment debatable), starting date as soon as possible. Our office is located in Nicosia.
You must have experience of minimum 1 year in a similar position. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English is essential.
Job description
· Utilizing i-Justice/e-justice, ariadni, & similar government systems/websites.
· Handling phone calls and correspondence (drafting, typing documents, forms, letters etc.).
· Organising court diaries and calendars, and filing.
· Providing secretarial and administrative support.
· Coordinating office functions to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
· Invoicing and basic bookkeeping.
· Liaising with clients to schedule meetings and visits.
· Welcoming visitors, preparing refreshments, and preparing the office facilities for client meetings.
· Managing and maintaining office supplies.
· Communicating with partners/clients.
· Executing various administrative tasks.
· Liaising with external associates
Candidate profile
· Must be fluent in Greek and English.
· Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office).
· Previous experience in a law firm will be considered an advantage.
· A diploma in secretarial studies will be considered an advantage.
· Must have outstanding organizational skills and pay attention to detail.
· Integrity, responsibility and professionalism.
· Highly energetic, an agreeable personality and a team player.
