he Law firm Akis Papakyriacou LLC, based in Nicosia, is seeking to hire a Corporate Administrator.
Duties:
· Incorporation and ongoing administration / management of companies
· Drafting of corporate forms / documents / instruments (Minutes, Resolutions, Proxies, PoAs etc)
· Registration / renewal with regards to tradenames, trademarks etc. in Cyprus and/or abroad
· Undertaking corporate procedures at the Registrar of Companies through the e-Filing system / at the counter
· Filing and/or updating the file of Cyprus companies through the Registrar of Companies’ e-Filing system / at the counter
· Liaising with banks / institutions for the opening of bank accounts, updating of information etc
· Liaising with clients, associates, organizations, governmental departments etc
· Filing, maintaining and updating the Firms’ records, systems, files etc
· Application of the AML, KYC, due diligence and other compliance procedures / policies
Skills
· Excellent practical knowledge of corporate procedures and statutory forms/documentation of the Registrar of Companies
· Operation of ARIADNI portal and the e-Filing system of the Registrar of Companies
· Knowledge and operation of ZYGOS software will be considered as an advantage
· Strong analytical skills coupled with high attention to detail
· Fluent command of English and Greek, verbal and written
· Computer literate (MS Office, Excel etc)
· Multi-tasking, communication, administrative, organizational and management skills
· Character integrity, professionalism, conscientiousness responsibility and reliability
Qualifications and other requirements
· Holders of law or business administration degrees will be considered to have an advantage
· 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
