Simon Zenios & Co LLC, a Corporate Law firm in Larnaca, Cyprus, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Trainee Lawyer.
Qualifications:

· A Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable British university will be considered advantageous.
· Possession of a Master of Laws in Corporate Law (LLM) will be considered advantageous.
· Fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Windows is required.
· Computer literacy is a required.
· Advanced knowledge in PC operation and fast-blind typewriting in English is preferred.
· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly and concisely.
· Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
· Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
· Maintain a clean criminal record.
Responsibilities:
· Engage in direct communication with clients, associates and Governmental Authorities via email and telephone.
· Collaborate effectively within a team.
· Conduct thorough legal research.
· Draft various legal and corporate documents.
· Participate in client meetings.
