As a result of its continuous growth and eagerness to consistently recruit talented young professionals ERAKLIS N. KYRIAKIDES LLC, wishes to recruit a motivated and dedicated junior corporate lawyer to join its corporate and commercial advisory department in Nicosia.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements, including commercial agreements, corporate finance agreements, security documents, shareholders agreements, sale and purchase agreements, customized memorandum and articles of association, joint venture and partnership agreements and generally other agreements depending on the needs of the clients.
- Assisting with the provision of legal opinions on corporate and commercial matters.
- Drafting of corporate documents such as resolutions, power of attorneys, minutes and other corporate documents.
- Interacting with the Registrar of Companies, Migration Departments, Tax Departments and banks.
- Confidently conducting meetings with clients in relation to all of the above.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- LLB Law Degree. (A master’s degree relevant to corporate and commercial law, and / or an LPC shall be considered as an advantage).
- Member of Cyprus Bar Association.
- At least 1 (one) year of work experience in a similar role and / or position.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Dedicated and motivated individual adhering to high professional standards.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, written and spoken.
