MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate administration
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
- Good communication and time management skills
- Be familiar with all Companies Registrar procedures
- Be knowledgeable of AML legislation and requirements
- Be skillful in drafting corporate documents
The corporate administrator is expected to assist with all aspects of the administration on a range of entities across various corporate structures and provide operational guidance and support to corporate advocates.
