Ermina Papasolomou & Co LLC is seeking to recruit a Junior Lawyer for their offices in Limassol.
Qualifications/Skills:
University degree in Law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in litigation, corporate or property law is not a requirement but will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as an advantage
Responsible, attentive to details, positive, supportive and willing to learn
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Preparing, executing, processing and/or reviewing legal documents (contracts, applications, M&A etc.)
Incorporation of Companies
Submit documents to I-justice
Appearance before the Court
Undertake any other responsibilities of a lawyer, according to the needs of the Firm.
