Papandreou & Co LLC was established at the beginning of 2009 and since then it has flourished into a reputable boutique law firm, which offers a comprehensive range of legal services to local and international clients. The firm specialises in various areas of law, including but not limited to, corporate and commercial law, insolvency law, banking and financial services, trust law, shipping law and employment law.
The Position
The successful candidate will be involved in:
· Drafting of various agreements and legal documents;
· Preparing all documents necessary for the liquidation of the companies and complying with the deadlines;
· Performing legal research;
· Drafting Court Applications on corporate legal matters;
· Attending the Court for the hearing of the court applications;
· Attending the Court Registrar for submitting court applications;
· Undertaking any other responsibilities of a lawyer, according to the needs of the firm
· Other related responsibilities
Requirements
· A Bachelor’s Degree in LAW (LLB)
· Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
· Other languages will be considered an advantage.
· Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
