Position: Civil Litigation Lawyer
Location: Limassol
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 13:00, 14:30 - 18:00
- Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse range of civil and employment, tax litigation cases.
- Manage cases related to tenancy disputes, labour law, banking law, and family law.
- Operate proficiently on I justice and Zygos platforms.
- Competitively represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings .
- Effectively handle cases both in court and in out-of-court settlements.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in civil litigation.
- Expertise in handling cases on I justice and Zygos platforms.
- Strong background in employment tax litigation, tenancy disputes, labour law, banking law, and family law.
- Proven experience in managing cases, hearings, and out-of-court settlements.
- Exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the new civil procedure rules implemented from 1/9/2023.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in both English and Greek.
